Blue Stilton

 
Peakdale Blue Stilton has a rich tangy flavour and a soft, creamy texture. It is aged to around 10 weeks to develop its deep flavour. Each Peakdale Blue Stilton is made by hand using vegetarian rennet and nearly 80 litres of fresh Peak District milk. 
Like all Stilton cheese, Peakdale is protected by a European Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). This means that Stilton cheese can only be made in the counties of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, using traditional recipes. 

How to store

Peakdale Blue Stilton should be stored in the fridge and served at room temperature. Once opened, keep the cheese fresh by covering the cut surface with cling film.

Peakdale cheese is made from cows that graze on lush Peak District grass, providing the best possible fresh milk that's perfect for cheese-making. 

Peakdale Blue Stilton is produced with fresh milk from a select group of British dairy farmers that are located in the Peak District.  The farms that supply milk for Peakdale Stilton are all small family business, and we are committed to supporting them in order to help ensure their businesses are sustainable, and we create a good home for their milk.
